COMMERCIAL TITLE EXCHANGE

Commercial transactions can create opportunities for collaboration across jurisdictions, depending on property location, licensing, underwriting requirements, applicable law, contractual requirements and transaction structure.

Commercial title transactions frequently involve multiple jurisdictions, relationships, and service requirements.

Depending on the transaction, property location, title premium, applicable law, underwriting requirements, licensing, and the participating companies, opportunities may exist for title professionals to collaborate on a transaction.

In qualifying commercial transactions, this may include arrangements involving a division of responsibilities and title premium, including potential 50/50 structures where legally and contractually permitted.
