Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern your use of the Agents Alliance website and services. By using this site you agree to these terms.
1 · An independent industry platform
Agents Alliance is an independent real estate industry service and vendor platform. It is not a real estate brokerage, is not an individual agent, and is not a mortgage, title or escrow company. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to represent buyers or sellers, originate loans, or perform title, escrow, appraisal, inspection, legal, tax or other licensed professional services. Licensed professional services are performed only by the appropriately licensed professionals and companies.
2 · Information is informational
Content across the site, including Property DNA and calculators, is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not an insured title search, title examination, title policy, appraisal, inspection, survey, legal advice, tax advice or investment advice. Verify anything material with the appropriate licensed professional.
3 · The Exchange
Submitting an opportunity to the Exchange begins a coordination process, not a guarantee: no referral volume, transaction volume, match, outcome or compensation is promised. The Alliance works to protect originating relationships wherever possible. Referral-related compensation is never characterized as payment for referrals where prohibited by law.
4 · Network membership
Membership in the Real Estate Agent Network or Title & Escrow Network is free, subject to verification of professional licensing and appointment information where applicable. Joining does not guarantee referral or transaction volume. Members are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and for complying with the licensing and professional requirements of their jurisdictions.
5 · Pricing and scope
Confirmed published pricing: websites $379 startup plus $109 per month; Custom Property Websites $100 per property; network memberships free. Pricing for AI Business Partners, Property DNA and additional tools is confirmed per implementation. All projects are scoped and agreed in writing before billing.
6 · AI status transparency
AI Business Partner capabilities are labeled available now, integration dependent or coming soon. Integration-dependent capabilities work when connected to your systems and data sources; coming-soon capabilities are not yet available. You should confirm current status before relying on any capability.
7 · Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no automated scraping that disrupts the platform, no submission of false licensing or professional information, and no use that misrepresents Agents Alliance or its members.
8 · Intellectual property
The Agents Alliance name, wordmark, site content and platform are owned by or licensed to the Alliance. You may not reproduce them except for personal, non-commercial use without permission.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agents Alliance is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its informational content, or from opportunities, orders or transactions coordinated through the Exchange. Licensed professional work remains the responsibility of the licensed professional who performs it.
